道家认知治疗对冠心病患者干预的5a随访研究

摘　　要：目的调查道家认知治疗对冠心病患者干预5 a后的临床情况和心理状况。方法调查采用小组讨论、个别访谈及电话采访相结合的方式,对原来实施道家认知治疗的心理治疗组和对照组分别进行随访,采用一般调查问卷、精神超脱量表和A型行为调查表,结合入组时的原有基本材料进行统计,对2组患者的临床资料和量表评定情况进行统计学处理。结果道家认知治疗中的柔动术和病情分析会对患者生活和病情的控制有一定的帮助,其中道家认知治疗的核心价值观对患者的生活方式和治疗效果影响较大;心理治疗组的A型行为的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=-4.07,P<0.01);而心理治疗组的精神超脱程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.77,P<0.01)。结论中国道家认知治疗对冠心病患者症状有良好的改善作用,干预效果在5 a后仍然明显,是一种适合心身疾病干预的有效治疗方法。Objective To study the effect of Taoist cognitive therapy on patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） five years later.Methods The follow-up study for the study group and the control group who were treated with Taoist cognitive therapy by group discussions,individual interviews and telephone interviews.Both groups were followed and evaluated with type A behavior scale and mental detachment scale,the data were analyzed statistically.Results There were some help for patients′ lives and disease control with soft movement,the meeting of analyzing the cause of CHD,and the core value of Taoist cognitive therapy was more influence on patients′ live style and treatment effectiveness;the study group showed significantly less incidence of type A behavior than the control group（χ2=-4.07,P0.01）;the scores of mental detachment was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group（t=8.77,P0.01）.Conclusion Five years later,the effect of Taoist cognitive therapy is still significant,it is a effective treatment method for patients with psychosomatic disease.
