中医手法整复配合蜡疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中医手法整复配合蜡疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床效果并探讨其作用机制。方法:将LDH患者160例随机分为治疗组82例与对照组78例,治疗组采用手法整复配合蜡疗,对照组仅采用手法整复,观察疼痛积分、临床疗效。结果:2组治疗后较治疗前疼痛积分均显著降低,治疗组治疗后疼痛积分优于对照组;治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组。结论:手法整复配合蜡疗可减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛症状,疗效优于单纯手法整复。Objective： To observe curative effects and explore the mechanism of manipulation combined with paraffinotherapy in treating lumbar disc hemiation （LDH）. Method： 160 patients with LDH were randomized into treatment group （n=82） and control group （n=78）. Treatment group were administered with manipulation and paraffinotherapy while control group were given with manipulation only. Pain score and curative effects were observed. Result： Pain scores of both groups decreased significantly after treatment. Pain scores of treatment group were superior to control group after the treatment; total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion： Manipulation combined with paraffinotherapy can relieve the pain of the patients with lumbar disc herniation and can obtain better effects than manipulation only.
