骶髂关节调整手法在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察骶髂关节调整手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将纳入的80例患者随机分为骶髂关节调整治疗组和常规牵引按摩治疗组,每组40例,1次/d,10天为1个疗程,2个疗程结束后统一评定临床疗效。结果:骶髂关节调整治疗组在日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分差、视觉模拟评分法(visualanalogue scone,VAS)评分差、改善率和治疗时间等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用骶髂关节调整手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有良好的临床效果。Objective： To observe the effects of sacroiliac joint adjustment in treating lumbar disc herniation. Method： 80 cases of patients were averagely randomized into the treatment group for adjusting sacroiliac joint and the group for conventional traction and massage therapy, 1 time/d, 1 course of treatment is 10 days, after 2 courses of treat- ment, the effects were assessed. Result： Janpanese onthopaedic association score （JOA） difference, visual analogue score（VAS） difference, improvement rate and treatment time of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Sacroiliac joint adjustment techniques in treating lumbar disc herniation can obtain better clinical effects.
