摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预对改善恶性肿瘤患者家属焦虑抑郁情绪的效果。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对住院部收治的92例恶性肿瘤患者的180名家属进行评分,并对其进行共计2周的心理干预。结果:患者家属的焦虑、抑郁情绪在干预后明显好转,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对患者家属进行心理干预治疗,可减少患者家属抑郁情绪的发生。Objective： To explore the effects of psychological intervention nursing against the family＇s depression of malignant tumor patient. Method： SAS and SDS were adopted to score 180 hospitalized tumor patients＇ families, psychological interventions were administered for 2 weeks. Result： The family＇s anxiety or depression improved visibly with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological intervention nursing are given to the patients＇ family to reduce the onset of depression.
