摘　　要：批判国民性作为中国现代文学的母题,来自早期海外作家的海外体验。海外作家看到中国人的劣根性,从而为在现实层面批判国民性提供了动力。怨恨作为审视自身劣根性的心理效应,划清了与旧我、传统文化的界限。怨恨的自我否定中蕴含着自我批判、自我构建的积极因素,为打造健康的国民性奠定基础。Criticism of national character as a motif of modern Chinese literature emerged from overseas experience of writers abroad in the early period.Overseas writers saw the shortcoming of nationality,thus provided the impetus for practical national criticism.Resentment was used as the psychological effect of examining their own depravity,and drew the boundaries of the traditional culture.Self-denial contained positive factors such as self-criticism,self-construction,which created the foundation of healthy national character.
