摘  要:火电机组SCR脱硝系统可有效脱除NOx污染物,但脱硝系统的引入对锅炉的运行将产生一定的影响,主要体现在对锅炉尾部受热面温度分布的影响以及对锅炉效率的影响等方面。针对SCR脱硝系统的热量平衡进行了分析,利用热力学方法从反应放热导致的烟气温升,稀释风吸热导致的烟气温降,反应器及其烟道散热以及漏风导致的烟气温降四个方面分析了烟气经过脱硝反应器后的温度分布情况,并对锅炉排烟热损失和锅炉效率进行了分析计算。最后针对典型600 MW机组和1 000 MW机组的设计数据进行了验证计算,计算结果表明,烟气经过脱硝反应器后温度降低小于2℃,锅炉排烟热损失和锅炉效率的变化量小于0.05%,与工程试验数据基本符合。Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR) denitrification system can effectively remove the nitrogen oxides in coal-fired power plants.However,the SCR system will definitely have some influence on the operation of boiler,such as inlet temperature distribution of furnace flue and boiler efficiency.This paper studied the thermal equilibrium of SCR system to identify the flue gas temperature variation derived from reaction heat,dilution air,radiation of reactor and flue,and leakage of air.In addition,the heat loss of flue gas and boiler efficiency was also re-calculated in this paper.Based on the above discussion,600MW unit and 1 000 MW unit were selected as the case study to validate the proposed thermal equilibrium analysis of SCR system.From the case calculation,the temperature variation of flue gas is less than 2 ℃ for SCR system,and the variation of heat loss of flue gas and boiler efficiency caused by the SCR system is not over 0.05%.
