摘　　要：颈部肌肉骨骼系统除解剖结构复杂外,病变也多种多样,而对于这些病变,传统的检查方法多为CT和磁共振成像。随着超声诊断仪及诊断技术的迅速发展,超声特别是高频超声成为肌肉骨骼系统疾病诊断中一项重要的检查工具。现就高频超声在颈部肌肉骨骼系统疾病诊断中的应用进行综述,包括损伤性疾病、感染性疾病、肿瘤及肿瘤样病变。Neck musculoskeletal system not only has complex anatomical structures,but also suffers from diverse pathologic conditions,which are conventionally diagnosed by CT and MRI.With the rapid development of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and diagnostic technology,ultrasound especially high frequency ultrasound has become a useful imaging tool in the diagnosis of musculoskeletal diseases.Here is to review the application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of the neck musculoskeletal disorders,including traumatic lesions,inflammatory diseases,tumor and tumor-like lesions.
