中西医结合配合食疗在产前贫血中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合配合食疗治疗产前贫血的效果,以推动其在产科的应用,寻求短期快速改善产前贫血的方法。方法选择2009年1月至2010年12月在基层医院门诊就诊的妊娠36～38周合并贫血的孕妇200例,上述患者随机分为两组,各100例,对照组:采用传统西药(富马酸亚铁0.1g,每日3次,维生素C 0.1 g,每日3次,叶酸5 mg,每日3次)治疗;治疗组:采用中西医结合(西药同上,中药为人参归脾丸9 g,每日2次)治疗,同时配合桂圆蛋方(干桂圆肉6 g、鸡蛋2个)食疗。疗程均为2周。观察比较两组治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞比容(HCT)的变化,进而了解贫血的改善程度。结果治疗后,两组患者Hb、RBC、HCT指标增加明显,但治疗组的效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合配合食疗治疗产前贫血疗效显著,疗程短,可短期改善产前贫血。Objective To discuss the effect of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）-western medicine（WM） with dietotherapy in the treatment of prenatal anemia,we aim to popularize that therapy in the obstetrics and seek for a quick way to improve the prenatal anemia condition.Methods 200 cases of prenatal anemia patients,who were in the pregnancy of 36-38 week then and have visited the primary hospital during Jan.2009 to Dec.2010-12 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group just adopted the traditional western medicine such as 0.1 ferrous fumarate tid,0.1g vitamin C tid and 5 mg folacin tid to cure the disease.The treatment group adopted the integrated TCM-WM therapy with the same WM as above but adding TCM 9 g ginseng spleen invigorating bolus tid and at the same time matched the longan together with egg（consisting of 6 g of dried longan pulp and 2 eggs per day） as dietotherapy.Both of the treatment courses were 2 weeks.After the treatment was finished,the changes of HB,RBC and HCT were observed and compared in order to know the improvement degree of anemia.Results After treatment,Hb,RBC,HCT index increased obviously,but the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion With short course,it is effective in the treatment of prenatal anemia by using the integrated TCM-WM with dietotherapy,which can improve the condition of prenatal anemia in short period.
