流程管理在煤炭勘察设计企业中的应用展望

摘　　要：文章分析了矿井设计流程管理和设计项目管理中存在的问题,目前手工管理使项目管理可控性差、项目风险较大,指出了没有信息化支持的项目设计和管理已难以满足现在设计的要求;由此引入流程管理思想,通过对流程管理介绍及其和ISO9000质量体系之间的关系分析,得出煤炭勘察设计企业应该实施流程管理,同时认为基于SOA架构的BPM流程管理系统能够很好解决流程管理信息化;最后简要分析了如何在企业实施流程管理,认为流程管理将是煤炭勘察设计企业未来管理的发展趋势。The paper had an analysis on the problems existed in the mine design process management and the design project management.The present manual management would make a poor control of the project management and a high project risk.The project design and management without the information support would be too difficult to meet the requirements of the present design.Thus a idea of a process management was introduced.With the introduction on the process management and the analysis on the relationship between the process management and ISO9000 quality control system,the coal exploration and design enterprises should implement the process management.The paper held that the BPM process management system could be well to solve the process management information base on SOA frame.Finally the paper analyzed how the process management implemented in the enterprise and held that the process management would be the development tendency of the future management of the coal exploration and design enterprise.
