摘　　要：目的:了解海南省育龄妇女乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)携带情况,为制定乙肝干预策略提供参考依据。方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法于2007年11月～2008年12月在海南省18个市县抽取36个乡镇、72个村庄共1 0000名15～49岁育龄妇女进行HBsAg携带情况调查,采用ELISA法进行HBsAg检测。结果:合格样本9493例,育龄妇女HBsAg总携带率9.56%,不同年龄、民族、地区育龄妇女携带率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。20～29岁携带率最高(10.49%),黎族(10.28%)>汉族(9.09%)>其他少数民族(6.29%);携带率高于10.00%的市县有9个,白沙县(15.03%)最高,三亚市(2.03%)最低。结论:海南省育龄妇女HBsAg携带率处于偏高水平,因此相关部门应加强育龄妇女的HBsAg筛查,开展预防乙肝的健康教育,以进一步控制和减少育龄妇女HBsAg携带率。Objective：To investigate the HBsAg carrier situation among reproductive women in Hainan province,in order to provide theoretic basis for the prevention of HBV infection.Methods：Stratified multi-stage cluster randomization was used and 10 000 reproductive women between 15 to 49 years old were choose in 18 counties（cities）,36 townships,72 villages.HBsAg carrying situation was determined by ELISA in these samples.Results：The qualified samples were 9 493 persons and the average HBsAg carrier rate was 9.56%.The different of HBsAg carrier rate among different ages,national and counties（cities） of these women were statistics significance（P0.05）.The HBsAg carrier rate among women aged 20-29 was 10.49%,higher than other groups.And the carrier rate among the Li ethnic was 10.28%,which was higher than Han population（9.09%） and the other minorities（6.29%）.In all,there were nine countries（cities） in which HBsAg carrier rates were more than 10.00%,and the rate in Baisha county was the highest（15.03%）,while in Sanya city was the lowest（2.03%）.Conclusion：The HBsAg carrier rate among reproductive women in Hainan is a little high.So it is necessary to strengthen HBsAg screening and launch health education about HBV among them in order to control and reduce the incidence of HBV.
