苏南与苏北围绝经期妇女生存现状调查

摘　　要：目的:调查苏南与苏北地区围绝经期妇女生存状况及社会支持,为提高围绝经期妇女生存质量提供基础资料。方法:采用多阶段随机整群抽样,对镇江市和徐州市的464名围绝经期妇女进行问卷调查,使用SPSS 16.0进行数据统计分析。结果:围绝经期妇女用于满足精神需求的费用很低(0.2%);围绝经期妇女对围绝经期的知晓率低,苏南高于苏北(P<0.05);苏南地区乳腺疾病的患病率高于苏北(P<0.05),慢性病的患病率低于苏北(P<0.05);社会支持总分为(40.5±7.3)分,处于中等水平。结论:普及健康知识、提高保健意识、加强社会支持,有利于提高围绝经期妇女的生存质量。Objective：To investigate the status of life and social support among premenopausal women in Jiangsu.Methods：With multi-stage cluster random sampling,464 premenopausal women were selected from Zhenjiang and Xuzhou to undergo the questionnaire.Results：Only 0.2 percent cost was of spiritual requirement.The awareness rates of premenopausal were low,and south were higher than north.The southern prevalence of chronic disease was lower than northern,while that of mammary gland disease was higher than northern.The score of social support was 40.5±7.3,considered as medium level.Conclusion：With the enhancement of health education and social support,the life quality of premenopausal women will be improved.
