黑色单分散聚合物微球的制备与表征

摘  要:设计合成了新型带双键的黑色活性染料,采用种子聚合法制备了在透明背景下比彩色微球更易于观察的黑色单分散聚合物微球,其中DBP与种子乳液质量比为1∶5,单体乳液与种子乳液质量比为8∶3。利用超景深光学显微镜、扫描电镜、库尔特计数器,傅里叶红外光谱仪及紫外可见分光光度仪对制得的黑色活性染料共聚物微球进行表征,并与普通聚合物微球进行了对比。结果表明,制备的含双键染料已成功与聚苯乙烯种子微球交联,黑色活性染料与微球结合稳定,且形貌良好,表面光滑,粒径均匀,单分散性好。The black reactive dyestuff with C=C bond was synthesized, and the black monodisperse microspheres which were easier to be observed than colored microspheres in the transparent back- ground were produced by seeded emulsion polymerization. The optimal ratio of m(DBP) : m (seed) ground were produced by seeded emulsion polymerization. The optimal ratio of m(DBP) : m (seed) was 1 : 5, and that of m(MMA/EGDMA) : m(seed) was 8 : 3. The black reactive dye polymer microspheres were characterized by 3D Super Digital Microscope, scanning electron microscopy, Multisi- zer3 Kurt Counters, FT-IR spectra, UV spectrophotometer, and compared with the common micro-spheres without black reactive dyestuff. The results showed that the black reactive dyestuff had been successfully crosslinked with the seeded microspheres of polystyrene, and the combination of black reactive dye and polymer microsphere was stable with good and smooth surfacer uniform particle size, and good dispersion.
