摘 要:用氢氧化钠水解白皮粉得到水解胶原,再用乙二醛和丙烯酸对水解胶原进行接枝改性,然后用乙醇和丙酮对产品进行分离提纯,制得铬鞣助剂。讨论了合成时乙二醛的最佳用量,并将制得的高吸收助鞣剂应用于山羊皮铬鞣实验,测定收缩温度并用ICP分析废液中的铬含量来调整应用工艺以达到最佳效果。通过实验得出:合成助鞣剂时乙二醛的最佳用量为8%,制得的助鞣剂接枝率为23.50%。在工艺应用实验中,通过鞣制进行对比可以得出,助鞣剂最佳用量为4%,此时废液中铬含量与不加助鞣剂相比减少了18.2%,同时收缩温度提高了7.2℃。In this paper,the collagen was hydrolyzed with NaOH to get hydrolyzed collagen,and then the hydrolyzed collagen was modified with glyoxal acid and acrylic acid.After separated and purified with absolute ethyl alcohol and acetone,the chrome tanning auxiliary agent was obtained.the optimum dosage of glyoxal was Discussed and application was experimented by tannage of a goat skin with chrome agent and the produced auxiliary agent.Temperature of shrinkage was determined and the chrome content of the solution was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP) to adjust the tanning procedure to get a best result.Through the experiment we get the following conclusions: the optimum dosage of glyoxal is 8% in the synthesize process.The grafted rate of the auxiliary agent is 23.50%.After application experiment with the auxiliary agent,we found with 4% dosage of the auxiliary agent,the chrome content of the tanning solution was 18.2% lower than the auxiliary agent free tanned solution.The Ts of the leather tanned with the auxiliary agent was also 7.2 ℃ higher than the auxiliary agent free tanned solution.
