板栗刺壳栲胶改性及媒染性能研究

摘　　要：采用亚硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠对板栗刺壳栲胶进行改性,将改性栲胶应用于皮革染色。以铁盐为媒染剂,探究了媒染剂的用量、加脂剂和中和pH对其媒染性能的影响。结果表明,经亚硫酸化改性的板栗刺壳栲胶渗透速度明显增加,当媒染剂用量2%,pH6.5时,皮革的干湿擦牢度和着色程度较好,加脂剂的加入会降低皮革的耐干湿擦性能,并且具有败色的作用。This paper illustrates the reaction of chestnut shell tannin extracts with sodium sulfite and sodium bisulfate,and its application in leather dyeing.Using ferric salt as mordant dye,the amount of the mordant,the fat liquor and the pH that affects the dyeing behavior were investigated.The results showed that rate of the chestnut shell tannin extracts＇ infiltration was obviously increased after modification,the dry/wet rubbing property was better when 2% mordant was used at pH6.5,and the color of leather s was lighten after fatliquoring.
