摘　　要：文章从文化的视角对广西壮、侗、水、仫佬、毛南等壮侗语系民族传统体育运动的形态进行探析,结果表明壮侗民族传统体育活动蕴含着辛勤劳作、节庆习俗、宗教思想、娱心健体等文化内涵,具有多元兼容、含蓄幽默、自信和谐、民俗大众的独特文化特质。打造文化品牌,挖掘壮侗文化的现代内涵以及保护传承环境,培养传承接班人是推进广西壮侗民族体育文化现代发展的有效途径。This article, explores the traditional sports forms from the perspective of culture of Guangxi Zhuang, Dong, Mulao, Maonan, water and other kadai languages of China. The result of the research shows that Zhuang-Dong national sports are rich in cultural connotations, such as hard-working, festival, religious thoughts, relaxing and fitness-keeping games, contain the unique cultural characteristics of multi-compatibility, subtle humor, self-confidence and harmony, folk public, etc.. To create a cultural brand, digging the mordent content and protecting the environments of the cultural heritage, bringing up successors are effective ways of promoting the modernization process of Zhuang-Dong national sports.
