米索前列醇联合利多卡因应用于瘢痕子宫人工流产的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨米索前列醇联合利多卡因应用于瘢痕子宫人工流产的临床效果。方法:将自愿要求行人工流产的瘢痕子宫患者共212例随机分为3组,分别为米索前列醇+利多卡因组、利多卡因组及对照组,观察各组的镇痛效果、宫口松弛度、人工流产综合征的发生率及术中出血量。结果:3组在镇痛效果、宫口松弛度、人工流产综合征的发生率上均差异存在显著性(P<0.05),A组效果好于后两组。3组术中出血量无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合利多卡因用于瘢痕子宫人工流产收到满意的效果,宫颈软化、扩张好,不仅便于手术操作,并且减少了疼痛及RAAS的发生,提高了手术安全性。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Misoprostol combined with Lidocaine for artificial abortion in scarred uterus.Methods：212 early pregnant women with scarred uterus presenting for artifical abortion were randomly allocated into three group,Misoprostol combined with Lidocaine group,Lidocaine group and control group.Compare the analgesia effect,dilation of cervix,the rate of abortion syndrome and bleeding.Results：There were significant difference in the analgesia effect,dilation of cervix and the rate of abortion syndrome of the three group（P〈0.05）.The effect of A group is better than others.No difference in bleeding of the three group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Misoprostol combined with Lidocaine for artificial abortion in scarred uterus can soften the uterine neck,ease pain and reduce the rate of abortion syndrome.This method make the operation simple and improve the safety of the operation.
