摘　　要：通过一栋三层办公楼实例,对常用的砖混结构震害预测方法进行了对比与分析,提出了较为科学和实用的预测方法,为城市防灾减震规划设计的科学决策提供了理论依据。An example of three-storey office building is used to compare and analyze usual methods for seismic damage prediction in brick-and-concrete composite construction. A scientific and practical forecast method is proposed to be helpful for the scientific decision-making in urban planning of disaster prevention and earthquake reduction.
