摘　　要：论述铁路机车车辆制动工程界人士，如何在社会主义市场经济发展的过程中团结起来，促使机制调整，开发出具有自我品牌的新产品，以满足用户需求。文章着重阐述其总体战略和实施战术。People of railway rolling stock braking engineering should unite during the socialist marketing economy development, impel the system modification and develop new brand products to meet the user's requirement.
