摘  要:面对国有企业自主创新水平低下的现状,在梳理了企业能力理论相关观点的基础上,提出企业能力的三因素模型框架。基于此,探索研究了国有企业内部技术能力、外部社会资本与组织结构对自主创新的影响。结果显示,技术能力与创新程度、创新来源之间具有正向线性关系,社会资本与创新来源呈现出非线性的U型关系,组织结构在技术能力与创新来源、社会能力与创新来源之间呈现显著的调节作用。Aiming at solving the problem of weak independent innovation of China's state-owned enterprises, this paper reviews theories on business ability and provides the three-factor model frame for the ability. It further explores the influence of state-owned enterprises' inner technical capacity, external social capital and organizational structure to their independent innovation. The result of the study shows that technical capacity has positive linear relation with the depth and source of innovation, that there is a non-linear U shape relation organizational structure has obvious adjustment well as social ability and innovation sources. between social capital and innovation sources and that between technical capacity and innovation sources as
