疏血通联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究疏血通联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年11月-2010年9月入院治疗的80例经临床诊断确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,严格按照随机分组原则分为治疗组与对照组各40例,其中对照组每日给予α-硫辛酸600mg加入0.9%生理盐水250mL静滴,治疗组在上述基础上每日给予疏血通6mL加入0.9%生理盐水250mL静滴,两组均连续治疗2周。对比两组患者治疗前后症状改善情况,肌电图腓总神经(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)。结果:两组患者组内相比治疗前后症状有明显改善,传导速度相比治疗前加快,但组间相比治疗组比对照组更加明显。结果具有明显差异性,治疗期间联合治疗组未见明显异常。结论:使用疏血通联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变用药安全,症状改善明显,药效显著,值得临床广泛推广使用。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of shuxuetong with α-protogen in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods. 80 cases diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients diagnosed during Oct. 2009 to Sept. 2010, of which 40 cases were trea- ted by 600rag α-protogen with 250mL 0.9% physiological saline in vein, and 40 cases were treated by 6mL shuxuetong with 250mL 0.90/00 physiological saline and 600mg α-protogen with 250mL 0.9% physiological saline in vein, were enrolled in study. All the pa- tients were treated in 2 weeks. And the clinical symptoms, MNCV and SNCV were analyzed and compared. Results：The symptoms of two groups were obviously improved compared with pre-treatment. Conclusion：Shuxuetong shows safety, significant efficacy in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy which deserves clinical promotion.
