摘 要:漆蜡的物化特征及精制加工工艺研究(摘要)董艳鹤(1.中国林业科学研究院,北京100091;2.中国林业科学研究院林产化学工业研究所,江苏南京210042)本文从物化特征、提取工艺、脱色工艺及加氢精制等方面对漆脂进行了详细研究,以促进其精细利用。In the thesis, the use of lacquer lipids, physicochemical properties, extraction process, decoloration process and hydrogenationwere studied. Studies are necessary as physicochemical properties of lacquer lipids are different between different kinds, places and pretreatments, which limit the use of lacquer lipids. Firstly, constituents and physicochemical properties of lacquer berries of Rhus Succedanea L. , seeding and grafting R. succedanea L. from Jiangxi were studied. The results showed that the introduced lacquer trees contained more lacquer wax. Compaired with grafting lacquer trees, the seeding ones has more lacquer oil. Studies on physical properties of lacquer wax showed that the iodine value of the introduced lacquer wax is lower, the melting point of the grafting one is the highest, and the acid value of the introduced lacquer wax is higher due to a wrong storage. The chemical constituents of lacquer waxes are about the same except that the grafting lacquer trees have a low content of diacids, as they were 10.10 % in seeding lacquer trees and 8.39 % in R. succedanea L.. Studies on chemical constituents of lacquer oils showed that linoleic acid contained in seeding lacquer trees is the highest, which is 56.22 %.
