摘  要:目的对从小刺猴头菌液体深层发酵浸膏中提取的多糖HFP及HFA的抗肿瘤活性进行初步研究。方法 MTT法测定HFP和HFA对体外培养的人肝癌细胞SMMC7721、人肺腺癌细胞SPC-A-1和人胃癌细胞SGC7901的生长情况。预防性及治疗性给S180荷瘤小鼠灌服HFP和HFA,测定小鼠瘤重、体重、脾重及胸腺重,并计算抑瘤率、脾系数及胸腺系数。结果 HFP和HFA对体外培养的3种肿瘤细胞均表现出一定的抗肿瘤活性,但HFP的抑制作用好于HFA。HFP可抑制小鼠体内S180实体瘤的生长,且预防组的抑瘤率高于治疗组,HFP组的脾系数和胸腺系数明显高于CTX组。结论 HFP和HFA在体外及体内均具有一定的抗肿瘤活性,且HFP的作用好于HFA。Purpose To study the antitumor activity of HFP and HFA from the liquid submerged fer- mentation extract of H. caput-medusae( Bull. : Fr. ) Pers. Methods The antitumor activity in vitro was de- termined by MTT methods. In vivo, S180 mice were intragastrically and administrated prophylactically and remedially and then determined the inhibition ratio and the quotient of spleen and thymus. Results The results showed that HFP and HFA both had the antitumor aetivies, when they were treated with three cancer cell lines ( SMMC7721, SPC-A-1, SGC7901 ) , but HFP outweighed HFA. HFP also inhibited the growth of S180 tumor in vivo. The effects of the prevention groups were better than those of the treatment groups, and the quotietie of spleen and thymus of the HFP group were much better than those of the CTX group's. Conclusion HFP and HFA both had the antitumor activies, and HFP has an advantage over HFA.
