摘　　要：作为我们党的工作的"生命线"的思想政治工作,在高等院校具有政治导向、教书育人、组织保证等功能。而党建思想政治工作是一项事关高校健康发展、党组织政治核心作用发挥、和谐校园文化建设的系统工程。新形势下大学生党员作为我国高校一个特殊群体,承载着国家、民族兴衰与强盛的历史责任,寄托了党和国家服务社会、服务人民群众的深切期望。如何建立和健全高校大学生党建思想政治工作激励机制,充分发挥他们的先锋模范作用,提升高校党建工作水平,推动学校又好又快发展,便成为各类高校面临的重要课题。本文从当前高校大学生党员群体总体现状入手,从大学生党员层面,对如何构建大学生党建思想政治工作激励机制提出了自己的建议。Ideological and political work, as the ＂lifeline＂ of our Party, has the functions of political orientation, education and organizational guarantee in universities. Party construction is a systematic project related to the healthy development of universities, the play of the Party organization＇s political core role and the construction of harmonious campus culture. In the new situation, student Party members, a special group of universities in China, undertake the responsibilities for the national prosperity. The Party and the nation place deep aspirations on them to serve society and people. How to establish and perfect the incentive mechanism for college students＂ ideological and political work in Party construction, to give full play of their exemplary vanguard role and to promote colleges＇sound and rapid development have become an important issue. This paper, from the current overall situation of college students and the level of student Party members, puts forward some proposals on how to construct the incentive mechanism.
