摘　　要：为探寻现代办公建筑的创新设计,营造良好的办公条件,创造舒适的工作环境,提升员工的工作效率,并以江苏省安全生产科学研究院办公大楼方案设计为例,通过分析现代办公建筑智能化、生态化、功能复合化以及高技化等特征,提出办公建筑设计旨在以人为本,在创造舒适的办公环境的同时,更要处理好人与建筑、环境之间的关系,体现建筑可持续发展的理念。To seek modern office building innovative design,build good business conditions,create comfortable living environment and enhance employee productivity.And it takes Jiangsu Academy of safety in Production Science Building for an example to analyzes modern office building＇s features,as intelligence,ecologization,functional composite and high technicalization.to point out that modern office building should aim at the ＂people-oriented＂.While creating comfortable office environment,architectural design should well deal with the relationship of people,architecture and environment to embody architectural sustainable development.
