摘　　要：心率减速力(DC)检测是近年来发现的在动态心电图基础上所作的一项新的检测,国外的一些研究已证实DC检测能定量、独立地分析和测定迷走神经作用的强度,其敏感性高,特异性强;DC对猝死的预警有较强的使用价值。我国少数学者近年来也进行了初步研究和探讨,得出类似结论。DC技术的推广与临床应用具有重要的社会和经济意义。Deceleration capacity（DC） of rate is a new test on ambulatory electrocardiogram founded in recent years.In the studies made by the foreign researchers,it has been confirmed that DC can be used to measure the vagal intensity quantitatively and independently with a high sensitivity and specificity.And the test of DC will be valuable to predict the risk of cardiac sudden death.A few Chinese researchers have done some preliminary studies on DC detecting with similar results to the foreign studies.So the promotion and clinical application of DC test is of great social and economical significance.
