多囊卵巢综合征患者血浆内脂素水平的相关研究

摘　　要：目的研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血浆内脂素水平,以进一步探讨内脂素与PCOS发病的关系。方法测定50例PCOS患者及28例对照样本的腰臀比、体质量指数(BMI);应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆内脂素水平。结果血浆内脂素水平的比较:PCOS组高于对照组([5.67±1.78)μg/L vs(4.86±1.06)μg/L,P<0.05;]对照肥胖组高于对照非肥胖组([5.48±1.63)μg/L vs(4.68±1.21)μg/L,P<0.05;]其余各组间内脂素水平比较差异无统计学意义。血浆内脂素水平与BMI、腰臀比呈正相关。结论 PCOS患者存在高内脂素血症,血浆内脂素水平有可能成为PCOS的辅助检测指标。Objective To study the plasmic visfatin level of PCOS patients for a further research on the correlation between visfatin and PCOS.Methods Waist hip ratio（WHR）,body mass index（BMI）of 50 PCOS patients and 28 controls were measured,and determine the plasmic visfatin levels with Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay（ELISA）.Results The plasmic visfatin level of the PCOS group was higher than the control group[（5.67±1.58）μg/L vs（4.86±1.26）μg/L,P〈0.05];the obese control group was higher than the non-obese control group[（5.48±2.03）μg/L vs（4.68±1.21）μg/L,P〈0.05];and plasmic visfatin levels between the remaining groups had no statistical difference.There had positive correlation between the plasmic visfatin levels and BMI and WHR.Conclusion PCOS patients have high visfatin level which may be as an auxiliary detection index for PCOS.
