摘　　要：目的有效提高配置过程中输液质量,以控制静脉输液所致的感染,为患者提供安全、合理的用药。方法针对配置各环节存在的问题和不安全因素进行讨论、分析、找出原因并建立相应的感染管理制度及管理机制。结果通过对各环节的管理和有效的感染控制,降低了输液配置过程中的安全隐患,提升了静脉药物配置质量。结论加强静脉输液质量控制降低了医院感染发生率,对预防医院感染起着重要作用。OBJECTIVE To efficiently improve the quality of the transfusion configuration process,to control the infections caused by intravenous infusion,and provide patients with safe and rational drug use. METHODS Existing problems and unsafe factors of the configuration process were discussed,analyzed and investigated to establish corresponding infection management system and management mechanism. RESULTS Based on the effective management of the configuration process and infection control,the safety hazard of infusion configuration process was reduced. CONCLUSION Strengthening the intravenous infusion quality control can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,therefore,plays an important role in preventing nosocomial infections.
