新疆基层医院住院患者间接医疗费用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析新疆基层医院住院患者日间接医疗费用情况,为卫生资源的合理配置提供科学依据。方法:对新疆福海、阜康、富蕴、洛浦4个样本县市,调查日所有住院患者日间接医疗费用情况进行现场问卷调查研究。结果 :(1)县级医院住院患者日间接医疗费用高于乡级医院患者(P﹤0.001)。(2)县级医院不同科室住院患者日间接医疗费用水平不同(P<0.05)。(3)县乡基层医院前5位系统性疾病中,不同系统疾病患者日间接医疗费用水平不同(P<0.05)。结论:不同级别基层医院、不同疾病系统住院患者日间接医疗费用不同,且县级医院不同科室住院患者日间接医疗费用不同。Objective： To provide a scientific basis for the rational allocation of health resources,through analyzing indirect medical costs of inpatients in county and township basic hospitals of Xinjiang.Methods： Fuhai County,Fukang City,Fuyun County,Luopu County and four counties selected from Xinjiang as sample counties;to survey the daily indirect medical costs of all inpatients in sample counties and the township on investigative days.Data was analyzed in SPSS 17.0 after finishing the database.Results： ⑴ The daily indirect medical costs of inpatients in county hospitasls are higher than township hospital（P0.001）.⑵ The difference of daily indirect medical costs of different departments of county hospital is statistically significant（P0.05）.⑶ The difference of daily indirect medical costs of different systemic disease of patients in the top 5 systemic diseases in county and township hospital is statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： For different levels of hospital,different system disease,patients with different daily indirect medical costs,and inpatients with different daily indirect medical costs are in different division in county hospital.
