Effects of Sodium Butyrate Added to the Diet on Growth Performance and Development of Digestive Tract of Yangzhou Goslings

摘  要:试验旨在研究包膜丁酸钠对0-4周龄扬州鹅生长性能和消化道发育的影响。选用90只1日龄健康、体重一致的扬州鹅公鹅,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。3种试验日粮分别是在基础日粮中添加0、500、750mg/kg的包膜丁酸钠配制而成。试验期4周,于第29天从每个重复随机取2只,测定肌胃腺胃pH值及不同肠段pH值、长度和重量。结果表明:日粮中添加包膜丁酸钠显著提高了14日龄、28日龄扬州鹅体重(P〈0.05);极显著降低了14日龄料重比(P〈0.01)。日粮中添加包膜丁酸钠显著增加了28日龄扬州鹅肠道的相对重量(P〈0.05),降低了腺胃pH值。日粮中添加包膜丁酸钠促进了小肠的发育和营养物质的吸收,扬州鹅仔鹅日粮中包膜丁酸钠的适宜添加量为500mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of coated sodiumbutyrate (SB)on the growth performance and the development of digestive tract of 0~4 weeks Yangzhou goslings. Ninety l-day-old Yangzhou goslings were allocated to 3 treatments,3 replications per treatment, 10 goslings per replication. Three groups were fed with basal diet (group 1),diets supplemented with coated SB at the level of 500 mg/kg (group 2),750mg/kg (group 3). The diets were fed between 1 and 28 days of age,in the 29th day,two goslings were choosed from each replication. The pH value of gizzard, glandular stomach and all gut components, and the intestine length, intestine weight were observed. The results showed that:compared with the control group,body weight of 14-day-old and 28-day-old goslings with diets supplemented with coated SB significantly increased (P〈0.05),and the feed conversion rate of group 2 of 14-day-old goslings came up to remarkable level (P〈0.01). The relative weight of intestinal tract of 28-day-old goslings with diets supplemented with coated SB significantly reduced (P〈0.05),and the pH of glandular stomach reduced.The diets supplemented with coated SB can bring the development of small intestine and the absorption of nutrients, the proper addition was 500 mg/kg of coated sodium butyrate in the diets of Yangzhou goslings.
