浓核病毒(densovirus)的研究进展

摘　　要：浓核病毒(densovirus)属于细小病毒科浓核病毒亚科,是一类对昆虫和虾类等无脊椎动物具有高致病力的病原体,对家蚕等经济昆虫的危害很大。浓核病毒可作为基因转移载体、表达载体和用于农林害虫的生物防治,因而受到越来越多的重视。从分类、病理特征、致病机制、基因组结构、转录调控和应用等方面对浓核病毒的研究进展进行系统综述。Densovirus belongs to the Densovirus subfamily of Parvoviridae,and has high pathogenicity to invertebrates,including insect and shrimp.Densovirus poses a severe threat to Bombyx mori and other economic insect.Densovirus can be used as gene transfer vector,expression vector,and biological control agent against agricultural and forestry pests,thus having gained more and more importance in recent years.This paper reviews research progress on the classification,pathology,pathogenesis,genomic structure,transcriptional regulation and practical application of densovirus.
