摘  要:湿浆板相对以往的干浆板而言,能给纸浆企业降低运输成本、减少生产能耗,提高了经济效益。根据机械工艺及气动系统要求设计湿浆板机自控系统,以西门子公司S7-200 PLC作为控制的核心,结合ABB的变频器调速技术,采用MODBUS通信实现了各主传动环节速度链控制、复合控制,对切纸与接纸2者实现了同步控制。实际运行结果表明,该系统控制精度高、运行稳定可靠,基本满足了工艺要求。Being compared with the original dry pulp board, the wet pulp board can be beneficial to pulp enterprises with lower transportation costs, lower energy consumption and better economic efficiency. Based on the demands of the wet pulp board machine mechanical process and pneumatic systems, the paper designed the auto-control system of the wet pulp board machine, which took Siemens S7-200 PLC as the control core, combined with ABB's inverter technology with MODBUS communication link to achieve the speed of the main drive chain controls, composite controls, and realized the synchronization control on cutting and splicing. The practical result shows that the system has a fine control precision, good stability and reliability in running, so as basically to meet the process requirements.
