摘  要:目的:探讨不同提取工艺对维C银翘片中绿原酸含量的影响。方法:根据各味中药材所含成分的理化性质,以绿原酸含量为指标对现行工艺进行考察,比较山银花单独煎煮,山银花与连翘、荆芥按照处方比例合并共煎对绿原酸提取率的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为:山银花、连翘、荆芥按照处方比例合并共煎(1h×2)。结论:该提取工艺使绿原酸的含量达到2010年版《中国药典》的规定,且工艺简单高效,适合工业化生产。OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of different extraction technologies on the content of chlorogenic acid in Vitamin C yingqiao tablet.METHODS:According to the physical and chemical properties of Chinese herbal ingredients,the current process was studied with chlorogenic acid as the indicator,and the influence of individual decoction of Flos Lonicerae and co-decoction with Forsythia suspense and Schizonepeta tenuifolia in accordance with the proportion of prescription on the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid was compared.RESULTS:The optimum extraction process was as follows:Flos Lonicerae,F.suspense and S.tenuifolia decocted together in accordance with the proportion of prescription(1 h×2).CONCLUSIONS:The content of chlorogenic acid is in line with the requirements of the China Pharmacopoeia(2010) with this extraction method,and the process is simple,efficient and suitable for industrial production.
