摘　　要：矿山基建期的综合管理是一项极其复杂的系统工程,它包括决策管理(可行性研究)、安全管理、质量管理、资金与财务管理、施工管理、技术管理、合同管理等内容。只有对这些工作引起足够的重视,协调好,解决好,才能达到预期的效果。The integrated management in period of mine construction is an extremely complex system engineering,including feasibility study,safety management,quality management,funds and finance management,construction management,technology management,contracts management and so on.Only these jobs are paid attention enough,are coordinated with each other,are well-solved,the results we expect will be achieved.
