摘　　要：城乡规划、土地利用规划和国民经济和社会发展五年规划之间的"三规"协调问题,是和我国规划管理体制有关的颇具中国特色的一个问题,只能从我国的规划实践中探求解决的办法。深圳自20世纪90年代以来,适应城市快速发展和特区管理创新的需要,在规划管理、规划编制、规划协调等方面一直在尝试着一些新的探索,本文以"三规"协调为核心,对深圳的相关规划实践进行了梳理和介绍。To coordinate＂Three Plans＂, which are the Urban Comprehensive Plan, Comprehensive Land-Use Plan and the Social Economic Development Five-year-plan, is something special to the Chinese planners. Therefore, it is the right way to know how to deal with it properly from the planning practice in China. Since 1990s, with the dramatic urban growth, Shenzhen has made lots of efforts in planning, including planning management, plan-making process as well as plans coordination. In this paper focuses on the coordination of the ＂Three Plans＂ as concern and summarizes the practice in Shenzhen .
