摘　　要：对我国图书情报与档案管理领域博士生导师的年龄、性别和地区分布特征及其学习经历进行分析,揭示我国该领域师资力量的现状,并针对今后这一领域的高层次人才培养特别是博士生导师培训提出建议。Taking the library and information science fields as an example, the doctoral supervisor＇ s age, gender and regional distribution, and their learning experiences are analyzed to reveal the power of the status of teachers in the field, so as to provide the reference for future personnel training（ including PhD supervisor training）in this area.
