摘　　要：采用文献计量学中的作者共现方法和社会网络分析技术,对大学学术科研团队的成长轨迹和演化趋势进行研究。以科研合作关系为研究对象,通过团队网络组织结构图的变化过程直观地再现团队成长轨迹和演化过程,基于中间中心度指数对团队的核心成员及其结构进行揭示,并从目标引导这一角度分析团队成长的动力因素。Using author co-occurrence of bibliometric and social network analysis technology, this paper makes an empirical study on growth trajectory and evolution in the future of university research team. Taking the relationship of cooperative research as the research object, the growth trajectory and evolution of the team are depicted visually by the team＇ s changing process of the network organization chart, the core index for the team members and their structures are revealed based on the betweenness centrality, and the dynamic factors of the team＇ s growth are analysed in the sight of goal-directedness.
