摘 要:以东方百合‘索邦’为试材,采用40、80和160mg/L烯效唑溶液叶面喷施处理方法,观察外源生长延缓剂对百合植株生长的影响。结果表明:烯效唑处理可以降低植株高度,减小叶面积和叶片厚度,且降幅随着施用浓度的增大而增大。3种浓度烯效唑处理均能增加叶绿素含量,加深叶色,提高观赏性,但是高浓度处理会引发单花直径和单花鲜重下降等负面影响,因此建议在百合植株营养生长初期向叶片喷施40mg/L以下浓度的烯效唑用以控制株型。Using Lilium Oriental Hybrids ‘Sorbonne’ as experimental material,40,80 and 160 mg/L uniconazole solutions were applied by foliar sprays to plants respectively,their effects on growth were determined.The results showed that the decrease of plant height,leaf area and leaf thickness in response to uniconazole could be enhanced by higher dose.All treatments were effective in increasing chlorophyll contents and darkening leaf color thereby improving ornamental value.However,high dose of treatment could also remarkably reduce flower diameter and fresh weight,thus low dose of treatment was recommended for business application.
