摘  要:为了建立甜椒高频、高效离体培养再生体系,以甜椒子叶、真叶、下胚轴为外植体,采用了不同浓度的TDZ与IAA、6-BA的配比,研究了TDZ对甜椒不定芽分化的影响。结果表明:仅含有TDZ的培养基中芽分化率几乎为0,仅含有IAA、6-BA的培养基中芽分化率最高达80%,加入TDZ后,在0.5mg/L IAA+10.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L TDZ的激素组合培养条件下,可获得96%的丛生芽诱导频率。表明在甜椒芽诱导过程中添加TDZ能够很好地提高分化效率。High-frequency and high-efficiency in vitro culture regeneration system of sweet pepper were established,cotyledon,leaf,hycopotys were used as explants and different concentrations of IAA,6-BA,TDZ,the effect of TDZ on adventitious bud differentiation of sweet pepper were discussed.The results showed that the bud differentiation rate was almost zero in the medium only containing TDZ;the highest bud differentiation rate was 80% in the medium only containing IAA and 6-BA;however the induction frequency was about 96%in the medium containing 0.5mg/L IAA+10.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L TDZ,TDZ could improve differentiation efficiency in pepper bud induction process.
