摘  要:探讨高效能精梳机的特点及主要工艺配置的优化。阐述了高效能精梳理念,以立达E66型精梳机为例论述了高效能精梳机的性能特点,分析了高效能精梳机梳理过程,提出了小卷定量、给棉方式、顶梳工艺、落棉率控制、锡林工艺配置、分离接合等主要工艺参数优化配置的原则和方法。指出:高效能精梳是指在精梳机设计的最高速度条件下,通过工艺优化,实现较高的产量、较优的质量、较低的生产成本,能够较好地达到高效能精梳的目标。Technology optimization of high efficiency comber processing was discussed. High efficiency comber idea was introduced. Take Rieter E66 Comber as the example,property of high efficiency comber and the comb process were analyzed. Principle and method of processing were put forward, including lap weight per unit, feed style, top comb, cylinder processing configurations,detaching and joint et al. It is pointed out that the aim of high combing should he reached for comber in condition of higher speed, through optimizing processing,realizing higher output & better quality & ],ower product cost.
