摘　　要：为了提高低级棉纺纱质量,针对现用纺纱原料品级低、短绒含量高,造成成纱棉结多的现状,通过在工艺、设备、运转操作及温湿度控制方面采取一系列措施,并在相关品种上全面推广赛络纺工艺,最终使成纱质量得到提高,满足了用户对质量的要求,在降低用棉成本的同时,增加了企业经济效益。To increase spinning quality by lower degree cotton,according to current situation of spinning material grade lower, short fiber content and yarn neps higher, a series of control measures were adopted including processing, equipment,operation and humidity ＆ temperature. Siro spinning processing was promoted in related products. Finally yarn quality can be improved,requirements can be reached. Cotton costs can be reduced and economic efficiency of enterprises can be increased.
