摘　　要：分析采用JAT710型喷气织机生产稀薄平纹织物时开车档的现象、形成原因及解决措施。通过控制纬纱的强力及强力不匀,调整运行开始角、停台时间补偿、单投纬开关、停止方式以及后梁高度、开口量、上机张力、织口高度等上机工艺参数,同时提高织布挡车工操作水平等措施,使开车档问题得到了有效控制,产品入库一等品率由95.5%上升到99.5%。Starting marks phenomenon and reasons of JAT710 air jet loom in producing thin plain fabric were analyzed as well as the solutions. Weft strength and strength unevenness rate were controlled. Loom processing parameter was adjusted, including starting angle, stop time compensation, single weft insertion switch, stop style, back beam height, shed volume,loom tension and cloth-fell height et al. Operator operational level was improved,finally starting marks can be soluted effectively,the first rate of product storage products can be increased from 95.5% to 99.5%.
