摘 要:近年来,我国农村经济的飞速发展带动了农业机械化的飞速发展,而传统收割机一般利用机械仿形机构或人工方法来调整工作高度,控制割幅割茬等工作,其实时性和精确性较差,严重影响了收割质量。为了适应收割机智能化的发展要求,分析了影响超声波测距精度的主要因素并采用相应的方法加以补偿修正,设计了基于EPM7128LC84-15型号的CPLD,以C8051F040单片机为核心的超声波测距电路方案。该方案可由单片机结合软硬件控制远近距离精确测量并显示在LCD上,有效减小了超声波测试盲区。详细说明了各个电路模块的软硬件设计方法及软件流程。In general,machinery imitation institutions or artificial method are used on traditional harvester to adjust the height,control crop and cut work.The real-time and accuracy is poorer,which serious affect the quality of the harvest.In order to adapt to the contemporary China’s large population of food shortages of national conditions The factors of ultrasonic ranging accuracy are presented and the adaptation of the methods to compensate for correction are presented in this paper.And based on EPM7128LC84-15 types of CPLD and C8051F040 microcontroller as the core of the ultrasonic circuit scheme is finally formed.Also a set of ultrasonic receiving circuit with far distance measurement precision controlled by microcomputer are designed and effectively reduce test amount,and the various circuit module of the hardware and software design method and software process are described in detail.
