摘 要:为了提高旋转煤粉分离器的性能,提出了一种新型弯扭动叶旋转煤粉分离器,并采用Flu-ent软件对其进行了数值模拟,同时与直叶旋转煤粉分离器的模拟结果进行了比较.结果表明:弯扭动叶旋转煤粉分离器流场分布较均匀,具有较好的分离特性、较低的通风阻力及转子功耗,为旋转煤粉分离器的制造及改造提供了新的选择途径,对分离器分离效率的提高及电厂的节能降耗有重要意义.To improve the performance of rotary type pulverized coal classifier,a new rotary classifier with bowed-twisted moving blade was proposed,to which numerical simulation was carried out with Fluent software,while a comparison made to simulated results between the new one and traditional straight-blade classifier.Results show the rotary type pulverized coal classifier with bowed-twisted moving blades has evenly distributed flow field,better separation characteristics,lower air resistance and less rotor power consumption,which therefore may be taken as a good choice for manufacture and retrofit of rotary type pulverized coal classifiers.It is of great significance to develop such a classifier for efficiency improvement and energy saving of relevant power plants.
