摘　　要：当前移动通信网的数据业务量不断攀升,硬件资源又面临受限,在此情况下如何挖掘现有设备潜力、提升用户感知,已成为摆在网络优化人员面前的难题。通过创新地设定接口评估公式,可以更贴近现网实际情况,便于优化人员掌握;通过制定信令通量公式,可以解决阿尔卡特无线通信设备没有对应衡量指标的难题,直观地反映信令通量负荷;再对信令通路进行平衡优化后,相应设备指标提升明显,客户感知也有所提升。从而解决了挖掘设备潜力与提升用户感知相矛盾的难题。Packet service has a huge progress in recent years. For GSM resource is limited, it is important for those who are responsible for network optimization to make full use of the devices. Thus GAter and GSL are creatively optimized. By setting new formula, the new GSL formula is more easier to apply; by setting new signaling formula, signaling load under Alcatel GSM devices could be intuitively reflected, and KPIs receives certain improvement in results. In this way the paradox of device limit and customer perception could be effectively resolved.
