摘　　要：条件价值评估法能评估公共物品的总经济价值,可弥补目前评估方法对难以量化的无形效益不能计算的不足。使用条件价值评估法对图书馆的社会效益进行评估,计算数据通过了检验,评估结果基本符合实际情况。As the Contingent Valuation Method（CVM） can assess the total value of public goods,it will make up for the current assessment methods which are difficult to quantify the intangible value that can not be calculated.In this paper,the social value of the library is evaluated by CVM,the calculated data is tested,and the assessment results are consistent with the actual situation.
