新疆和田地区居民长寿原因的十年随访研究

摘　　要：目的探讨新疆和田地区维吾尔族居民长寿的相关因素。方法对新疆和田地区423例维吾尔族老人进行了10年随访(1997—2007年),按生存与否,分为死亡组和生存组,比较两组在社会人口学特征、躯体状况、主观幸福感、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白(APO)A、APOB、空腹血糖方面有无差异,并对人口学特征进行多元回归分析。结果两组的长寿家族遗传史、坚持素食、慢性病史、坚持劳动、主观幸福感、饥饿史、吸烟、多婚、体质指数、收缩压、TC、LDL-C、APOA水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元回归显示性别、长寿家族遗传史、慢性病史、坚持素食、多婚、饥饿史、主观幸福感、饮酒史是影响长寿的因素(P<0.05)。结论新疆和田地区老人长寿与性别、长寿家族遗传史、慢性病史、坚持素食、多婚、饥饿史、较高的主观幸福有关。Objective To explore the related factors of the Uighur residents′ longevity in hetian,Xinjiang.Methods A decade′s follow-up study was carried out among 423 Uygur Xinjiang Hetian elder residents（1997-2007）,which were divided into the death group and the survival group.A comparision was made about the social demography,physical-condition,subjective sense of well-being,TC,TG,LDL-C,APOA,APOB and fasting blood glucose between the two groups.A multiple reression was analysed concerning the demographic characteristics.Results The two groups were different in dietary habits,family history of longevity,history of chronic diseases,adhere to work,subjective well-being,hunger history,smoking,multiple marriages,body mass index,systolic blood pressure,TC,LDL-C,APOA levels and the difference was statistical significant（P0.05）.Multiple regression analysis showed that gender,genetic history,history of chronic diseases,adherence to vegetarian,many times of marriages,hunger history,subjective sense of well-being,drinking history were important factors affecting longevity（P0.05）.Conclusion Longevity of the elderly in Hetian,Xinjiang was connected with gender,genetic history,history of chronic disease,history of vegetarianism,times of marriage history,hunger history and subjective sense of happiness.
