摘　　要：目的了解北京市外来人口社区卫生服务利用情况和满意度,分析其影响因素。方法采用典型抽样的方法对北京市外来人口最多的区抽取490名外来人口进行面对面、一对一的问卷调查,通过现场调查收集相关资料,应用单因素和Logistic回归分析方法进行分析。结果外来人口对社区卫生服务的利用率和总体满意度分别为58.2%和75.5%,通过多因素分析可知年龄、家庭户流入、居住地离社区卫生服务中心的距离是影响社区卫生服务项目利用的主要影响因素,居住地离社区卫生服务中心的距离是影响社区卫生服务满意度的主要影响因素。结论外来人口对社区卫生服务有较高的需求,但利用率还相对较低,经常利用者对社区卫生服务有较高的满意度。因此应不断扩大社区卫生服务的覆盖面,加大宣传力度,合理配置资源,满足外来人口的卫生服务需求,提高该人群的健康水平。Objective To investigate the utilization of community health services among migrants and their satisfaction degree in Beijing,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods The typical sampling method was used to investigate 490 migrants from a district where most dense population of migrants lived in Beijing.The data were collected by the way of face to face,or questionnaire survey,or field interview and analyzed by single factor and Logistic regression analysis.Results The utilization rate and satisfaction degree of community health services were 58.2% and 75.5% respectively.The multivariate analysis showed that age,family household inflow in Beijing,and distance from residence to the place nearest to a community health service center were the main influencing factors affecting utilization.The distance from residence to the place nearest to a community health service center was the main influencing factor affecting the satisfaction.Conclusion Migrant people have a higher demand for community health services,while the utilizing rate is relatively lower.Those who often use community health services have a higher degree of satisfaction.It is necessary to expand the coverage of community health services,increase the propaganda,and allocate resources rationally to satisfy the needs of health care for migrant population and improve their health.
