摘　　要：论文介绍4个主要合作数字参考咨询服务系统:CALIS合作数字参考咨询服务系统、上海图书馆联合知识导航站、中国科学院合作数字参考咨询服务系统、OCLC的Questions Point服务系统。从基本情况、服务内容、服务方式、服务质量等角度,对这4个系统进行比较,就此分析合作数字参考咨询服务的优点和不足,并提出了相关的优化对策。This paper introduces the four main collaborative digital reference systems, that is, the CALLS Collaborative Digital Reference Services System, the Collaborative Digital Reference Services System of the Shanghai Library, Chinese National Science Digital Library Reference Desk （CSDL- Reference Desk）, and Questions point Service System of OCLC. From the basic condition, service contents, service ways and service quality, it contrasts the four systems, then analyses collaborative digital reference systems＇ excellence and lack, offers the optimized countermeasures.
