摘　　要：论文在探讨高校图书馆传统组织结构弊端和变革动因的基础上,分析了组织结构的演化趋势,即传统的科层制组织结构将逐步退化,向扁平化、网络化、弹性化、虚拟化、知识管理趋势演进。After analyses the disadvantages and reform motivations of the university library traditional structure, this paper researches the reform trend of university library organizational structure, that is the traditional hierarchical structure will be reformed to flat, networking, elastic, virtual structure and information management.
