摘  要:目的分析高龄食管癌术后低氧血症的原因并制订防治措施。方法对我院2005年—2009年5年来65岁以上265例食管癌术后患者发生低氧血症122例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 265例患者中122例发生低氧血症,发生率为46%,经采取积极有效的综合措施后,低氧血症均得到纠正。结论高龄食管癌术后低氧血症发生率高,必须采取综合防治方法,才能确保患者安全度过全麻恢复期。Objective To study the causes and prevention measures for postoperative hypoxemia of elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Retrospective study was done for 122 cases of postoperative hypoxemia in all the 265 esophageal cancer patients aged above 65 from 2005 to 2009 in our hospital.Results 122 patients of all 265 cases after positive had hypoxemia with the incidence of 46%.Hypoxemia had been corrected by effective comprehensive treatment.Conclusion Elderly patients with esophageal cancer are easily to develop postoperative hypoxemia.Comprehensive measures are essential to help anesthesia patients safely pass through the recovery period.
